In August 2015 investors acquired lot 17 at Laughlin Industrial Park for a 15,000 sq. ft. build to suit office/ warehouse facility for Shred -it. The project is a collaboration with The Drummond Group, Inc., that seeks to acquire lots/ lands in strategic locations for industrial build to suit projects.

The property is strategically located near I-65/I-10 which is a major corridor in Mobile, AL.  The site also has direct access to Halls Mill Rd and Government Blvd.

Ownership constructed the facility and it was completed in July 2016.  Shred-it was recently purchased by Stericycle.  The office/warehouse facility at Laughlin Industrial Park sits on 2.17 acres.
